These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors.

Article 1 - Definitions
- Consumer: Any natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession.
- Entrepreneur: Maple's Stitches Hay-on-Wye, the party offering products and/or services to consumers.
- Distance agreement: An agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer within the framework of an organised system for distance selling.
- Right of withdrawal: The consumer's ability to cancel the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.
- Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal (30 days).

Article 3 - Applicability
These terms apply to every offer made and every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer.
Article 4 - The Offer
All offers are without obligation. Maple's Stitches Hay-on-Wye is not bound by an offer if the consumer could reasonably have understood that the offer, or any part of it, contains an obvious mistake or error. Offers are valid while stocks last unless stated otherwise.
Article 5 - The Agreement
The agreement becomes binding at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the corresponding conditions. Maple's Stitches Hay-on-Wye will confirm receipt of the order by email. The agreement is final upon confirmation.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the consumer must notify us at support@maplesstitches.com within the 30-day period. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The consumer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Maple's Stitches Hay-on-Wye will reimburse the purchase price to the original payment method within 30 days.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, including but not limited to underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.
Article 9 - Price
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Maple's Stitches Hay-on-Wye reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
Maple's Stitches Hay-on-Wye guarantees that products conform to the agreement, specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable standards of quality. In the event of a defective or incorrect product, the consumer is entitled to a replacement or full refund.
Article 11 - Delivery and Execution
Maple's Stitches Hay-on-Wye will process orders with due care. Delivery will take place to the address provided by the consumer. In case of delays, the consumer will be notified as soon as possible. If delivery is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Article 12 - Duration Transactions
For agreements of indefinite duration, the consumer may terminate at any time with a notice period of no more than one month. Fixed-term agreements cannot be cancelled before the end of the term unless otherwise agreed.
Article 13 - Payment
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. In case of non-payment, Maple's Stitches Hay-on-Wye reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order. Any applicable late payment charges will be communicated in advance.
Article 14 - Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after the consumer discovers the issue. Complaints can be submitted to support@maplesstitches.com. We aim to respond within 14 days. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will acknowledge receipt within 14 days and provide an estimate for resolution.
Article 15 - Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
