Every piece in our collection is handcrafted by hand in our small workshop in Hay-on-Wye, one piece at a time. The designs are stitched into the fabric, not printed on top of it. You'll feel the difference the moment you hold one. If you don't, send it back within 30 days and we'll refund you in full.

Because each bag is made by hand in small batches, orders typically ship within 3–5 working days. Royal Mail delivery to anywhere in the UK takes a further 2–4 working days. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your bag is on its way.
